F.A.Q.
Where to stay?
The best place to stay is at Laragne Camping. This campsite offers a large official landing field, a swimming pool, and a bar serving refreshing drinks. If you decide to extend your stay or arrive early, this is also the departure point for our daily shuttle to Chabre throughout the season.
What can I expect?
We will meet in the morning, we’ll have about 2 hour chat while we wait for the thermals to get ready for us. We’ll head out to the take-off with a clear plan what to do. During your flying you will be in constant radio communication with Karlis. After flying we will end up back at the Campsite where we will have a de-brief of the day and a clear path for you how to proceed forward in order to improve.
What should I bring?
Bring your flying kit, don’t worry if you don’t have a radio or a live tracking device, we will provide both of these to make sure our communications are on point.
