We’re happy to announce the second edition of the 7th edition of the BGD Weightless in the beautiful flying area around Chabre – Laragne-Montéglin, France.
After two years of working together, our team is excited to do it again. The 6th edition of the BGD weightless was a great experience for everyone, and we’re looking forward to welcoming both returning and new pilots.
Goal: a friendly, well-run competition that helps pilots develop skills in a challenging but forgiving environment. Chabre offers many flying options and interesting valley flows, making it a great place to learn cross-country strategy.
MRT: Work will continue on developing the scoring system that is trying to level the playing field in paragliding Cross Country Competitions.
Safety: our top priority. With the experience we’ve gained together, the team is even more committed to keeping the event as safe as possible for all participants. Karlis will once again serve as Safety Director, helping create tasks that are both challenging and safe.
